Easy enough to install however it scratches SUPER easily and the top part is a bit crooked. The fastener where you tighten it to raise and lower the height makes the pole go a little bit crooked..... im still trying to fiddle with it so it's not so noticeable. The handheld sprayer is TINY but has a surprisingly decent spray on it! Overall I'm satisfied but might consider something else if I had to purchase againWe love the look and finish of this. It looks quite straight forward to install but we are not that far in to the renovation yet so I can only go on looks. We found the price very reasonable compared with similar products.This product is extremely well made, similar product from a professional plumbing place are in upwards of $1,000, have been using for 6 month and no problems,The only reason it got 4 stars is because when the connector for hot and cold are not US 1/2 OD, I found a plumbing place and they were nice enough to re-thread the head to 1/2 OD US standard (according to the plumbing place this 1/2 OD Chinese Standard), This is critical if not done right can lead to total malfunction and water damage, I suggest you hook up the entire shower make sure their is no leak before putting your backer boards and tiling.Threads on this are not standard US. You will need to buy a standard 3/4 to 1/2 reducer bushings and nipples to install. We purchased brass fittings which cost us approx $40. It was a pretty simple fix and we absolutely love the way it looks. We contacted Superwater and they were quick to respond and we're going to send replacement, but my husband had already fixed it that same day.I have been used it for 6 month now. It looks nice, works well, stain resistant, and easy to clean. But to install it I had to purchased 12-inch shower faucet extension and G1/2 female to male threads adapter.Beautiful and sturdy but you need additional parts. You need to order 2 - G thread (metric) to inches pipe adapters sold here on on amazon for $15 each. Shipping was fast only about a week. And the shipping on the adapters is a week so order at the same time.Overall a great product for a decent price. One downside is that this faucet is very loud when turned on partially. It quiets down a bit at full throttle but still loud enough to hear in the other room.Great faucet and works like a dream, the handles don't turn much for temperature adjustment
