I'd give this five stars except that:1) The third sentence of the Product Description says "1-pack size of 25." That is redundant with the last sentence, which describes the refill pack. In context, it's untrue--the Rack itself comes with FIVE bags.(Thumbs down, Amazon, for making people jump through hoops to report things like this to you. Your Help section requires tediously full documentation on the problem being reported--information that would implicitly be provided if the report could be dispatched from the product-page in question.)2) There is no online video of the installation. This product needs one--it would be very helpful--and it would boost sales.3) The instructions consist of two booklet-sized pages. They contain ten photos. The photos need to be twice as high and twice as wide. The text is in a tiny typeface. Therefore, the number of pages in the instructions should be doubled--at a minimum.4) The word "Bathroom" should be more prominent in the product's name, by moving it earlier than the next-to-last word. Several low-star reviewers complained when the product arrived that they weren't aware it was meant for the bathroom (small). (Incidentally, don't be afraid to use it in the kitchen, as I have done, if you don't have a lot of volume to cope with.)5) There should be a paper mounting template to make it easy to mark the screw holes before drilling. Many products include such a template. The Rack's backing plate is attached to a heavy, awkward mechanism the is hard to hold in place--especially against a slippery metal surface such as I have.If those improvements had been in the original item, most of the low-star reviews would be missing and the item's sales would be higher. This tip should also be added to the instructions:"The farther the Rack is from the hinge-side of the door, the less you will need to open the door to obtain enough clearance to open the lid. When trying to decide how far toward the other side the Rack can be positioned, be sure the front corner of the Rack will clear the edge of the cabinet when you close it. To do that, place a piece of tape inside the door to mark where on the door it rests against the side of the cabinet when closed. Position the leftmost screw holes [***: value to be filled in by the maker] inches to the right of the tape."This isn't a calculation the homeowner can make (unless he wants to get out his old High School math books), because the Rack juts forward.
