I just discovered this product. It cleans well with a light scent....that I wasn't crazy about. Think it's lavender and lime ??? Best part is no residue. I will keep using i t.Love the product as a professional house keeper it does an amazing job. My problem is with the shipping to the point I’m ready to take my business else where. First order came to me in great condition, second order the bottles were broken and half empty. It was wrapped in plastic then placed in another box and that box was wrapped in plastic and placed in another box. I live in the sticks ir‘a not as simple as just sending it back to shipper. This order; one bottle was almost empty. Pick another vendorCleaning power, smell, ease of use. Bathroom nicely cleaned and smells great!Have used Biokleen for years. Love it for cleaning spots on the carpet and freshening sofas and bedding, etc. I am allergic to odors and chemicals in cleaning products. It works great on cat accidents. When babies visit, I freshen things up without a worry.I used the bathroom cleaner at my dads house (95 yrs old). The bathroom did not have a nice smell but after using this product, the room had a pleasant smell and it looked brighter! I cleaned the entire room with this - walls, floors, sink, bathtub etc. I love this stuff!We use this in our RV Van bathroom. Takes care of any bad smells from the tank. Has a great very fresh natural smelling citrus scent that I love. Just smells clean but not like cleaner.This product works great for your regular bathtub/shower. I felt as though when using on a repeative cleaning it was eating away my grout. Then causing me to work harder to remove mildew and mold that stays in it until next cleaning. I have switched to my other product that I like and this does not happen. I am still hesitant on using these on the cabinets in the bathrooms as it is too strong and eats away the wax or paint.By accident I discovered that this cleaner is also the best carpet stain remover I have ever used! The scent is nice and mild, great value for the money.
