Have to give two stars instead of one, because I am currently using this faucet in my bathroom despite the many problems I have had.I will say that this thing just LOOKS amazing. That's why I'm currently using it. No other vessel sink faucet compared to its looks for me.However, this was the third faucet recieved from customer service returns due to faulty manufacturing. The first one wouldn't stop leaking from the under sink water connections no matter what I would do. The second one leaked slowly from around the handle area at the cartridge.Here's he real problem for US buyers. ALL of the threading and connectors are European style, so if you go to a hardware store to try and buy a part to hook up or repair the faucet, none of it will work. If the included water lines get messed up for any reason, good luck finding anything to replace it. Trust me, I tried everything I could do to stop the leaking before resorting to customer service returns.Basically, super good looking but questionable quality.I like the look of the faucet but when it is full on hot or cold the flow is not a heavy as I would like. Because of it being chrome it shows every water spot. I would have preferred this in brushed nickel but this works for the general design of my bathroomLove everything about how it looks. Hate that I can't turn it on full hot or full cold without the flow being reduced to a dribble. Why the company would make such a fantastic looking product from quality material and allow this to be a recurring (from the reviews Ive seen) issue is beyond me. Oh well. Blew me away until I wanted just cold water for brushing my teeth...I'm sorry I can't give this a zero. I bought this faucet for a beautiful vessel sink and now that it is installed the faucet is so ugly. Not only is it clunky and an ugly finish, the stopper is HUGE and has VIGO in large ORANGE letters on the stopper. I am so disappointed and also mad that anyone would want to put such an ugly logo on a stopper and why would anyone want a stopper to be the focal point in a sink. It is twice as large as a normal stopper. Too late to send back, but going in the garbage. Don't get caught in a picture.Restricts the hot side a little other then that very good quality and looksSeemed really large when I took it out of the box. We needed one large enough to stand up to to the large petrified wood sink and this complements the sink perfectly.El diseño de la pieza en general nunca me encantó ya que parece muy robusta y poco estética, pero es la funcionalidad la que definitivamente me decepcionó. Desde hace unos meses empezó a escurrir el agua, ya tres plomeros intentaron hacer cambios en la instalación con la intención de que funcionara nuevamente, pero hoy terminamos cambiando la pieza por un nuevo monomando. No recomiendo para nada esta llave, ya que su precio es alto, no es nada estética y sobre todo no funciono adecuadamente.The faucet is ok. I took the flow restrictors off of it, however, if you just have it on hot or cold, you don't get a good flow - it is almost a trickle. Saying that our water pressure is very low, which could also be adding to the problem (flow and pressure are different things). I would have also appreciated better mounting instructions for installation. There was a part that came with it, which my neighbor (a licensed plumber for 20+ years) could not figure out what it was for.Product was defective so needed to reorderUnit was received in a timely manner and proved to be of excellent quality. The one thing I would have preferred was to receive better instructions on the unit and extra parts included. We did not need them but it would have been good to know what the application for them were.
